I hope u can feel better about yourself soon! I’m not trynna be a therapist or anything, but just know that hating yourself is completely normal, and it DOESN”T LAST. It feels yucky right now, and I know it’s hard to listen to words of comfort, but just keep being gentle on yourself, and don’t be afraid of burdening others by reaching out. Hang in there ❤️❤️
