I thought I'd lost weight. I looked thinner - other people have said so too. 1 year ago I was nearly 200lb. I'm about 185 now. PCOS, according to my doctor, makes it nearly impossible to lose weight. However, he also said it appears I've been trying hard to.

And he's right. I've been running and working out. Trying to eat less, and healthier too. But It's not happening fast enough.

If it's happening at all that's progress

Damn im sorry i get where youre coming from but just be careful with how much you cut back on eating coz you dont want to develop a ed bc it just makes stuff worse in the long run and it sounds like your efforts are enough, and its not your fault bc you cant really stop pcos im really sorry again
