the reason i as an autistic woman dont understand monarchy/hierarchy is that i don't get ehy someone would be better than someone else, especially because they just so happened to be born in a certain family, and why those "better people" get to have power and decide the fate of the other people. everyone should be able to think for themselves

In a monarchy, the king was trained from an early age to rule. Efficiency is great, as the king simply needs to order construction to fix roads and stuff. The king wants the good of the people, unless it’s one of the not good ones
