Nobody denies the existence of Jesus. They deny His claim as the son of God. His physical existence has nothing to do with his godliness

And again, just because somebody can't explain something doesn't mean you are correct. You can't say "I don't know, therefore ghosts", because it's left only at "I don't know". I see too many religious and spiritual people saying "atheist can't explain this event" like it's proof they are correct. Like, no, it just means we can't know for sure based on evidence, it doesn't mean the fairytale is more plausible
