Rose specifically lost mod bc they had owner and nobody could contact them when a decision needed to be made, bc when we make a decision (new mod, new rule, mod to owner promotion, mod removal, etc.) We get all owners to agree on it, and Rose was barely ever online, so nothing could be done. Roses mod was removed 2 weeks ago when T got mod. Them just now noticing shows exactly why it was removed.
