it's simply saying that you can make it simpler for everyone by making your pronouns they/them so that they don't go into a feral rage when people say that instead of qhuyhey/qthtqem or whatever

"simpler for everyone" is true but if you think for more than a few seconds, there are so many people with different names in your life, and it isn't necessarily that hard to remember peoples name.

yeah, but that's different
throughout your life you get used to names being different and being more memorable
but you get pretty used to he/him, she/her, and they/them that when someone throws out a new pronoun you have trouble remembering it
