Believe me sprig, that's what they all say, everyone I talk to says therapy won't help with anything, nobody ever wants to admit they may need it, I've seen it plenty of times.

I'm not saying it will solve everything, but there's no harm in it, it can help trust me.

I cannot tell them. I have anonymity here. How am I supposed to tell a therapist dead to the face what I think? I am too embarrassed to admit these things.

That's the thing... It is quite difficult opening up about feelings, but some understanding requires a bit of vulnerability, you might be embarrassed about all these feelings, but you must remember your not the only person... Everyone is different but we are all the same in some way, so you and I know you're not a lone case. Thats the reason you are honest with them. It's a different form of ripping your skin off essentially, one just as scary but less painful, and more likely to get a small amount of results.
