Like artists, it doesn't take a few days to become successful, sane with a writer. It takes years.
Start off free until you start getting some recognition, then make a cost for it by starting out small but once it gains popularity increase the price a bit, but not too expensive but not too cheap either so you still make enough money to where you get a decent amount of money coming in as the consumer remains satisfied.
That's key to a good business.
