It really harms your body more than all of you realise and even if it’s an hour of rest it’s better than nothing. If you need some ways to sleep better or have any other questions PLEASE shoot a memechat or something
i've just waken up after about 3 hours of sleep which, while that may not sound impressive, is more than last night. I've been running on zero sleep for almost 48 hours and those three hours were heavenly.
