i know
gen alpha kids are annoying as shit but they weren't given.the chance to exercise creativity. if they were even just allowed to build things in minecraft rather than watch youtube all day every day they would be way better off. but no. parents allow them to view degenerate brainrotting content online. for every generation in the past we gained 2 or 3 iq points. but no. because milennials and older gen alpha adults gave their children phones and ipads before, they were exposed to content which if it weren't profitable would be booted off of youtube.

skibidi toilet and lankybox is only on the surface too. emoji cat heat and aphmau and so many other trends and those mfs who be dating on roblox are just awful for our kids.

if any soon to be parent reads this... give your child some real toys like legos, blocks, toy cars, or figurines. make them go outside. if they must have electronics, give them a creative game like minecraft to start. (steer clear of roblox, some f**king creeps exist there.) do some puzzle games like human fall flat. ario is ok at age 5 or 6 when theyve developed creativity and crit thinking skills beyond yt. also, cod is fine at age 13 or 14 when they can think properly and know when someone or something's f**king with them and they know how the real world works.

with hope for a better future,
adelaide

i dont really understand why do they give toddlers ipads, YOU wanted to have them, you should be doing the job, not the devices, because youre "too lazy" to raise your children. IK parenting is a hard job but then they wont understand social situations or even get socialized, wont find any friends and learn any respect towards others. If you are a parent reading this, PLEASE keep Ipad away from your kids and any brain rot content, make them go outside and discover new activities, new people...

if you must have docile kids cheaply be sure to set parental controls including restricting software to real tv services like netflix and hulu and games to minecraft and mario run. this will make them SO much more mentally and emotionally capable.

parents! you had intercourse to create a child! they're going to already take copious amount of resources and time! at least make the way you raise them worth a damn before this world turns to ash!

i quite honestly have no trust in the parenting ability of these milennials/zoomers.

the consensus is from 2000 to 2012 but i like to consider 2008-2013 as "generation interlude (or transitional generation)" because we grew up like gen z kids (as in with nostalgia for things closely based off of old tech like the 3ds or later webcore like the original design of roblox. plus the 360 went strong until i was 5 in 2014, as my brothers had that old shit for some time and those who had older siblings even got the full package of playing bo1 zombies then getting some sweet bo3 kills then playing mario kart 7 and doing some baseball in wii sports. also lego star wars was cool and our paretnts had either windows 7 or 8.1 pcs. personally though i loved cod ww2 and the ps3/early ps4 minecraft feel.

as someone who’s torn in between gen z and gen a, i would like to say this (and i also don’t curse because my parents are good at teaching me stuff idk):
screw brain rot, promote going outside when possible
i hate skibi-something idk toilet, those original cartoons were better
i grew up playing with real hot wheels toy cars
im confused by skididi toilet is so popular
what is a femboy (serious question)
and i just disapprove of those types of gen a things
2 ups, 5mo
Yo you play with hot wheels I did I had a whole collection had a 1,000 hotwheels ( probably more) my faviorte sets where there was this city and a dragon shoots out fire and you have to launch the car at the red dragon another was a t rex my first playset where you launch your car and get in the mouth then shoot the belly and the car releases and sometimes go to the pirrnah pit and last was this track with orange loopy d loop and will catch the win with the square with the letter x thing and win hanging
2 ups, 5mo
I like the monster cars, cars that allow minfigs to be on them and the corvette and camero ones

i agree with you greatly. real toys and the superior cartoons (2009-2016 cartoon network and 90s nickelodeon, namely) are in fact objectively more sensible compared to the nonsensical nature of skibidi toilet.

and to answer your question a femboy is a young boy (typically 13-25, no gen a people should begin to consider it) who dresses as a girl and participates in much of the same culture eboys/girls and 4chan users may partake in; anime, gaming and the heavy use of social media. they idolize the character astolfo (of origin i am unsure of) and venti from the video game genshin impact. they also share the same nerdy/hyperfeminine aesthetic as mtf transwomen, and particularly hypersexual.

tbh they’d have been better off watching transformers, much better 👍🏽
i’m still kinda obsessed with them
2 ups, 5mo
transformers right?
yeah that's og shit. a hood certified classic. only real ones watch that shit. *that's* the real shit.
honestly though loopy me aside being obsessed with transformers is still kinda nice. my uncle who's worked on the cgi for many popular marvel works since guardians of the galaxy (he's also done moon knight and spider man among others) grew up on transformers, godzilla and goldeneye. nice childhood he had actually
his name's kyle sironen. he's in many marvel works and is a successful man. im proud to have such a sweet, intelligent and happy uncle.

Personally for cod I think it’s fine at like age 7-10 if they know it’s fake and nobody is actually getting hurt

problem is the campaigns are very bleak and mature. waw is seen as a psychological horror, for this reason. mw is based off of real life events of torture, suicide bombing and the murder of innocent civilians.

it is for this reason i assume you mean multiplayer. the reboot of mw2019 alone takes inspiration from real life events such as 9/11 and operation neptune spear. i do believe warzone and mp are fine for 9yos but the campaign should be saved for when they are learning about these events. after all in mw2 alone there is a mission called no russian. your objective is in the original to shoot up an airport and in the new to reach the phone that triggers your bomb pack (spoiler: you are doomed to fail).

yes. it's fake. but the campaigns keep the bleak tone of what warfare is.
that being said imo if you wish to allow your child to play cod let them play ghosts first. it is the least emotionally impactful.

to be perfectly honest a better age would be 8th grade or higher
i believe that is a common time for teenagers to learn about the holocaust and when all school year at least in my school they begin to educate us about the sheer horrors of war. mw2019 is perfect to demonstrate it but to allow anyone younger to learn about it would have them percieve the world as unnecessarily cruel.

age and maturity play a huge role in this, strum. and it is an excellent tool for preventing real violence for two reasons: one, they may see such characters and representations of the real life masses and consider it to be cruel.
and two, they may fall in love with cod so much they wont want to do anything else.

well i dont believe that's right, it censors key parts for the sake of small kids who shouldnt be able to even come face to face with the concept of tough violence

upon re thinking, this may be a bad idea but exposing kids to doses of violence and tragedy to get them used to it (like making sure they know art is reflection of reality) is not a bad idea. The age would be nine or ten and you should expose them to different types of violent content. Once per year, maybe they must watch a horror movie or play No Russian. Mind you, I do not believe children should grow attached to it until theyre old enough to know if they want to fight or engage in activism. And sitting there, reminding them "youre safe with me... but this follows what might happen in real life" would be an even better thing to do. Reminding them it's just a game, but things of the like happen in real life.
However Modern Warfare and Black Ops are not good to gift your children until they grow much older.

The most brutal part is the start where you are trying ti rescue a burning soldier from a truck, however there is a setting that removes every really mature thing
