I'm not asking you to be a dictator to do these things. No one is capable of doing that. But sure you can talk with your parents about it if you have young siblings holding phones in their faces. Or start pointing it out on the Internet, maybe those people will do something then.
But maybe you're just Socially Inept to to be able to talk to someone in real life? Well them how about you change? I'm not saying this as I'm trying to offend you. I was like all of you, anti-social and fearful to in real life stuff. I was probably going to destroy myself until mid 2022, when I left this place, and generally started to limit Internet. It wasn't something big until 8th grade, I was still like that, when I spoke out, I was talking bit gibberish, because how Internet shaped my mind. I had to shake that off. I didn't let criticism of my classmates go down. I just kept going, I started to be with groups of friends. I wasn't a big speaker but I kept learning. I was going to be a more impact for them when I started to get asked by Physics teacher, since they didn't want to get randomly voted by teacher itself. They started to like me. My class was generally mixed up with class clowns (good ones) and nerds (good ones). We worked together, and when I realized that. I started to get even more social to them, this removed my Social Anxiety and the way I speak. I was returning to average normal person. At some points I could make the whole class laugh. Could never been more proud of.
All what it took is to try some things. And some religious faith from God.
