C: it's a fusion engine.. and I think one of the accelerators failed.

J: Huh, looks like some minor coil damage. It should be enough to just replace the coil, but please turn off the idle power first.

C: *reaches in and turn the idle power off* ok.. it's off

J: *raises the palm of his hand upwards* I can create a new one now!

(I actually do wear multiple sizes of wrenches with me at all times, so it would make sense for my self-representation character to do so as well. Hence the cargo shorts on my fursona...)

J: No problem! I enjoy fixing things! Also, to prevent this, make sure your PWM circuits are reliable. I noticed you had the cheap ones from Andromeda. They don't use quality pentodes. I had some in my pocket from 57B, and those ones are the best! Low-noise, low breakdown voltage, wonderful!

Oh, she's doing great! We been having a lot of fun when we get back from work.

J: Yeah, she's always pretty busy. She told me these sessions of yours always let her cool off a lot, and she enjoys them quite a bit.

C: yeah, I'm good at dispersing heat! And I enjoy them too... Do life's been pretty good between us.

J: Has she told you where she works yet? She has a job as vice CFO of a galactic biotech company.
