As Wednesday approached Caroline performed a pre-operative surgical biopsy procedure on her breasts and armpits, extracting fragments from the large tumours and making small incisions to scrape off samples of her breast skin which had rashes of purple and red colour. For Caroline she could not conceal her sense of fear and dread for Nathaleenah as she could not explain what is wrong with her, while she sadly looked at her friend lying on the operating table with cameras placed directly above her body.
