Goodbye guys, I hope y'all can understand and respect my decision.

Hello guys, p_ (BMO) here,

My reasoning for my resigning is due to the fact that Pokémon has been sort of a dying interest of mine that I haven't really been that much into anymore. Another reason for this is due to the very negative side of the fanbase that likes to "you know what" a lot of stuff related to Pokémon.

You might be thinking that Pokémon being a dying interest isn't that much of a big deal, but I sometimes forget what's Pokémon related and what's not, and that sometimes leads to false
disapproving of memes.

About the negative side of the fanbase. Just to clarify, none of you guys were a part of this side. You guys were very nice and innocent people. The bad news, most of the Pokémon fandom goes to the negative side, and I do not want to be affiliated with it.

I'm not resigning immediately because I want to spend a little bit more with y'all before leaving, and also because it may lead to confusion.

TL; DR I am resigning from Pokémon because I've just not been interested in it that much lately. The negative side of the fandom also contributes to my resigning on July 1st. Still, I want to spend as much as I can with y'all before I leave.

I hope you guys can understand and respect my decision.

I did lose interest in Pokémon as a game franchise a lot as well, mainly focusing on the TCG if ever. I try to keep the moderations good, though. Maybe I'll take care of flags and comments.

If you guys would allow it, I'd be willing to take one for the team and step up to the plate. (If you catch my drift.)

I suppose all I can really say, as pitiful as it is, is o7
I never knew ya well enough to be able to say something more, mostly due to my antisocial lifestyle, but I remember seeing your announcements all through the time I spent in the stream. Sometimes there were longer distances between them, but I remember how the stream trusts you enough to support you in struggles and issues. I wish I could have stood with them, but my oblivious self always kept scrolling. And yeah, I get it, dying interests really do cause a person to forget stuff, I should know. Sometimes a loss of interest in something just makes a mind go numb. And yeah, I (unfortunately) know about the dark side of certain fandoms. I really don't understand why the hell they even make that sort of shit and decide to POST it. Horny people are very concerning. I suppose in terms of negative parts of the fandom, there's always also been the extremists who can't let a game exist, and that much toxicity is generally just bad for other members to stumble upon, be it teaching them to shrink away from a toxic society or to take arms in their crusade against any game with a similar function (You know what I mean.) and honestly, nobody should have to deal with that stuff. I understand your desire to leave.
I know, this was a lot more than just a simple o7, but I can never just end something like that. So, again I salute you, p_, who was once a great og
