So unless these balloons are made of certain material, some of them should've popped by now because they'd be attracted to your natural static cling, and seeing as fabric doesn't have as strong a static cling effect, slightly lowering your torso's static pull, they'd naturally be drawn to your neck spines.... -trying to find some logical explanation since balloons deflate in cold conditions-
