He was used by the United States Government in several classified projects during the Cold War, where the US Air Force was attempting to develop an animal-like weapon that could be dropped from a high-altitude bomber aircraft, designed specifically to rampage military outposts and to cause havoc and unorganized operations for a weaker defense. However, this project came to a halt in 1991, as the USSR collapsed. This single product, codenamed “Bob” would be the only individual produced by the US Air Force.
