Here is a fable
Once there were 2 technology developers named Robert and Sophia. They were always seeing who was the better one. Sophia reminded Robert of all the times in high school engineering where everything she made was always better than anything he made. Robert looked at her, and he said, "That doesn't matter. Robert decided that the best way that he could be better than Sophia is to run a traditional business like a CEO. Sophia, however, was a lot less traditional and had her friends (or "comrades" as she calls them) work with her instead of work for her. Especially with her girlfriend Julia. Robert said he hated her idea, and he thought it would suck. He told her, "Hey red girl, if you want to succeed, you have to do what everyone else does." Sophia and her girlfriend Julia just giggled. Robert got a ton of people to work for him and come up with technology ideas, so he'd become rich. Sophia, however, worked together with Julia and the rest of her "comrades" to create. Robert ended up having more money, and rubbed it in Sophia's face, saying "Take that you little red girlie." Sophia cried, but Julia started to console her. Later, people who worked for Robert started noticing they were being underpaid. Robert was asked to come up with his own ideas, and it was discovered he couldn't do it as well as the workers. The workers wondered why he got more money if he couldn't do it as well. They all got mad at him and left because they didn't want that. They all chose to work with Sophia due to Sophia's appreciation for camraderie and collaboration. Sophia giggled and concluded with, "I may not have money, but I have comrades, and ideas"
