Multiples tbh, and entirely depends on the mutation.
Generally they're : (pros and cons)
- sens development
- colorblindness
- amplified surrounding awareness
- reduced ability to socialize with Homo Sapiens (vocal communication, expression communication, society mindset)
- amplified force and agility
- unstabke bone structure (only for prototypes)
- a sense of peace for some, that sometimes pushes passivity and contemplation.

I think the bones of the host should remain intact. The muscles too, if anything, only slightly modify them so that they are stronger. Definitely stronger senses. Maybe infrared detection too.

We might change aspects of it. We also do not know the behaviour patterns of infected subjects.

also the increased sense awarness is a feature in reculsive and top of the food chain hunter. so that won'thelp either way in spreading

what makes a successful virus is it's ability too spread. that's it. if it can't spread it will die out.
