I already am distancing myself. One of them is fine with that (That one is propably a real friend, though, so not much distancing), but the other one is NOT okay with it.

Welp, that depends if they will hate you simply because you had a change in perspective. If they only like you because you once shared their ideals and will would value that over being polite and reasonable with you, then are likely not true friends.

As for what to do... they're probably gonna hate you no matter how you say it, so you got two options, either just ignore them completely and stop talking, or be wholly honest with how you feel. Neither are bad options but the latter is what I'd want to do, and if they get rude about it just don't pay mind to it.
