Not true. I was given “hours to live” and was in a coma for a month. Plus the usual stuff over the course of my life.
I just laugh at pretty much any dark stuff now.

You shouldn’t take life’s traumas too seriously. That’s the way to depression. Been there done that (major depression diagnosis from
Psychiatrist).
