Question : best way to keep your humanity in worst scenario (outbreak) ?

I hope humanity has learned how to deal with pandemics.

Pretty sure they haven't, but at less we have a base on how humanity deals with scenarios like that.

I won't go on the *if* humanity survive (pretty sure that no) but what ways would be the best to stay aliv- um I mean keep your humanity.

Hell, would a quarantaine method work ?

Of course a quarantine would work. But I'd take ears that don't constantly switch between existent and nonexistent over ones that do.

That is the thing about uh... that pathogen.
Some people will get infected on purpose. And from there it'll explode.
Also I'm pretty sure humanity will greatly question itself about consciousness and intelligence of others species.
