Personally, I have a stand idea, too.
Fallout Boy, Power: B, Speed: A, Range: E, Durability, A, Precision: B, Potential: A.
Fallout Boy is a close range power-type stand. And it's simple, really, it rarely uses it's own power, but any stand it clashes with, it learns that opposing stands abilities and keeps it in an 'index' of sorts. However, it can only use these abilities for 15 minutes. It can stack abilities, too, so you can have The World's time stop, and Sticky Fingers' Zipper abilities, but for only 15 minutes. The cooldown for an ability is 5 hours.
