Well, consider Mangle's jumpscare, as they try to aim for the top of the player's (Nightguard's) head (aka his frontal lobe). Also consider how Mangle was a "Pull apart and put back together" attraction. That is extremely unsafe, mainly because a kid could've affected Mangle in the wrong way, leading to a malfunction.

this happens during the day, and near the stage where the animatronics are except for mangle and puppet. mangle is in kids cove, not party room. toy cant fit a head in the mouth, trap bonnie doesnt close his mouth

Well yeah, she is supposed to be in Kid's Cove, but since this is the day shift, you know every animatronic will be up to something.

if mangle starts at kids cove each night then it is meant to stay there

Mangle could just go back to kid's cove near closing hours (Evening) like nothing ever happened (She even moves from Kid's Cove as shown in the FNAF 2 gameplay)

at night though plus you aint even touching your oppertunity to prove mangle movement

They haven't restricted animatronic movement until after the bite of 87.

Well the toy animatronics were not programmed to hurt people. However, Mangle could've easily malfunctioned due to being an overall mess with loose and exposed wires.

my theory is that the withered are being used for salvage to repair other, that explains why both mangle and foxy see through the mask in the hall

Well I know the withereds did not participate in the bite since the Parts & Service door was locked
