the ‘bongcloud’ opening is a legitimate opening that follows the standard King’s Pawn, where you play the king to e2 after you perform the King’s Pawn; yes it is a blunder and is used by grandmasters as a joke opening (its named the bongcloud presumably because you’d have to be high to try and use it)
