Awen can create pretty much anything from Spirit Flame at will. And depending on what she requires, it can be as solid as diamond or as liquid as soy sauce (which we all know comes out of the bottle faster than the speed of sound), so she could probably block most attacks pretty easily.
And even though she's from a culture that doesn't typically use melee weapons, she's still a pretty respectable swordfighter, even if Xander likely beats her on that front.
So I think, in Awenasa's case, her good defense is going to be her victorious offense. Simply because she would probably block most of Xander's attacks until she sees a good opening to attack.

Xander has plenty of weaponry to combat Awenasa’s forces of nature and plenty of experience to back it up. He also has a shield that can block 40 standard attacks, the shield takes a bit of time to regenerate, but Xander also has the Rod of Harmony which allows infinite teleports with no penalty.

Yeah... Awen can't really teleport. The closest thing might be commanding plants/animals to move her from one place to the other, but that's much slower than teleporting. So I suppose that might be a good opening for Xander to attack from behind, especially if it's so fast that Awen doesn't have time to pull up a Spirit Flame shield.

However Xander vs Awenasa is a very great idea of a fight and Awenasa is a good Challenge for Xander.

Ultimately, I do think Xander would have the edge, but it's a very, very slight edge
