Mirai for sure. I guess if Gingerbread Man had his candy cane sword he might be able to put up a decent fight, bit Mirai is doubtlessly more skilled at swordplay.
Still, Gingerbread Man isn't used to fighting with swords. Mirai is, even if she isn't as skilled.
Hiwever, if G-Man was using a projectile weapon, although Mirai could probably block the bullets, she might eventually lose ger stride and slip up
Whatever's available as long as it doesn't cheat death
If they respawn or anything like that, they're out, if they break reality, they're out unless they'd break reality on accident when they fight like Gogeta and Broly
