I wish I could say nobasu but like-
Mex should be decently powerful tbh I haven't seen him in much action, I read him dying and that's pretty much it-

The creatures were a bit strong

He's equal power to X in Base form

At the very least that is

Btw Mex can keep up with base form X without any transformations

Maybe Mex because he can go toe to toe with X and can basically go super saiyan
But I'm not aware of Nobasu's powers, so god knows who
