I also saw a video talking about this as the nuclear clouds let down that black substance which is highly radioactive to open wounds and stuff, since the wife was thrown across the map like a damn gta ragdoll she definitely got an open wound, when the black substance came down after it must’ve gotten into her veins therefore making her some kind of relative to Godzilla (I think)
