I'm guessing this is why Sotomayer recently said that sometimes she goes home and cries because of the conservative rulings of the court. She knows what the decision is.
It's also why Democrats are attacking Alito & Thomas. They know SCOTUS can overturn the bogus conviction with their ruling on Presidential Immunity.
