Does anyone know how to fix this

No idea, the Nintendo Switch version of Minecraft (I'm assuming you are on a switch) is a buggy mess. I have it as well, I've encountered this screen and just got stuck.

What I did I downloaded the Xbox app sorry for responding 4 months late I’ve been very busy in these months

Get a sponge and undrown the error code.

Ok I figured out how to fix it. Downlowd the Xbox app and do everything you usually do, it works instantly.

Xbox live servers went down

Try closing it and logging back into your account
