It’s harder to earn your way up in communism tho

"earning your way up" in capitalism means oppressing others, which does not excite me at all

Promotion does not hurt ppl tho, not everyone can be equal in a company, though respect is owed to each individual, because a company couldn’t be itself without them. Lots of CEOs forget that, but not all. I do think things are way too overpriced tho, it would be easier for low income ppl if things were priced reasonably.

That would work if everyone were a born leader. Some people are good leaders, others aren’t good leaders, but function well with a leader to guide them. The problem is finding a good leader. Also, your idea is only the bill of goods you’re sold by the Communist politicians. In history, it’s a very different tale that plays out.
