Because big pharma wants them to buy more expensive meds like SSRIs instead of solving the root issue. Self-actualization and taking minimal amounts of pills is dangerous to their regime, so they want to hide HRT, misdiagonse, and make it hard to get so people won't just solve their issues with hormones instead of a cocktail of pills.
