So lately my boyfriend has been getting more and more distant and is spending more and more time with his ex, (I doubt he is cheating on me. He is above that) and less with me. He stopped taking the elevator with me (we'd make out in there) a few days ago, and it's been getting worse and worse. Today he didn't even touch me, and actively pulled away from me when I went to touch him, so I'm scared he doesn't love me anymore. He only had 1 class with his ex and he only paid attention to them and blatantly ignored me. In the classes that we have and his ex doesn't, he seemed to avoid me and annoy me. It feels like he wants me to break up with him, which I feel like I have to, but I still love him so f**king much

That's rough bud, I think you are making the right choice.
However if he apologizes sincerely and wants to change for the good of your relationship I would take him up on that offer. This could be worked out through better communication.
But if he acts like this again just dump him.
I hope your relationship gets better, whether that means getting back together or breaking up for good.
