In actuality the idea that money can fix the problem has been verified to be untrue with the simple fact that, whether we look at things at a city level or even on a continental level, we spend more money now than ever on poverty and poverty still continues, often increases.
When the UN claimed that the purchase of Twitter by Elon Musk could end world poverty, Elon asked the UN to make a report on how much specifically and the UN never brought it up again.
Why? Because (for example) you can give a million to the government for homeless people BUT..
1. If the government takes half in taxes, administration fees, distribution management etc..
2. The governments friends get contracts to charge $30 a sandwich..
3. The government makes some of the money 'go missing'..
Then you're really not left with anything to fix homelessness..
So yeah, technically every billionaire could throw all their cash at 1 single nation and poverty wouldn't be fixed because its not the money, as much as it is the distribution of it and the corruption between that cash and the guy on the street.
Public schools? same. More cash than ever and yet schools are under funded..
