Dee the Surfin Bird (Part 3)

Cassidy: Don’t worry Dee, We’ll find it.

Cassidy: What are you boys doing?!

Don: Nothing!
Dex: Nothing.

Jessie: Explain why this copy is so familiar in this dumpster?

Dex: (Don, what are we supposed to tell her?)

Don: (It's time we face facts and tell them the truth.) Alright, to tell you the truth, *shows the record smashed to bits*

Cassidy: *GASP* Dee is going to be so mad…

Dex: Which is why you guys should NOT tell him when he gets back.

Don: Exactly.

Dee: *GASP*

Dee: AAAAAAHHH!!!!

James: Uh-oh...

Dee: LOOK WHAT YOU IDIOTS DID!

Don: We should run...

Dex: Yup.

*ZIP*

Dex: Who did what, dude?

James: Yeah, Dee, what has you upset?

Dee: Surfin Bird... is GONE! I took it to bed, made out with it, it fell asleep in my arms, and this morning, it's gone!

Jessie: Well, Dee, nobody here would steal from you.

Dee: Oh, no one had a motive, Jessie? You all had a motive! Every one of you!

Dee: You knew that I changed my will and left everything to the record. And that's why you wanted the record out of the way.

Dee: Cassidy wanted to get a passport for her twin sister to get her out of the country, but the record wouldn't allow it.

Dee: But Cassidy didn't count on me to discover it, and she has no twin sister.

Dee: And that Cassidy herself was recently released from the sanitarium. And that's where Butch came into the picture!

Butch: So you got it all figured out, huh? You couldn't leave well enough alone.

Dee: You won't fire at me, Butch, you ain't got the stomach for it.

Jessie: That's unnecessary. I'm sure it'll turn up somewhere.

Dee: Well, to hell with all of ya! I'm going downtown and buying another copy of Surfin Bird!

Record: If you ain't gonna play me, don't complain when I try to split. There's a whole lot of ducks still getting a laugh out of Hello Mother, Hello Father. Ooh, such heat this morning, I don't need my jacket.

Jessie: Well, it sure is odd. A record doesn't just get up and walk away. Except for my old Alan Shepard record.

Butch: HAHAHA, I'm sorry, Dee, I have no idea what you're talking about.

Don: I wouldn't count on it, Jess.
