Here's the easiest method

Step 1: join an achievement engineer server (or any server beginning with "achievement")
Step 2: type !giveitems, !givemeall, or !freeitems
Step 3: you'll get a shitton of achievements

Once you get these achievements, boom! free items

About step 2, you can type !unusuals for unusuals, and !halloween2014 for halloween 2014 items
And abt step 1, it only works once per server
Lastly, you have to reset your achievements and delete some items to get more items

i actually did that before and i accidently did it when i was an f2p and i had to sacrifice some items for what i thought was better

be mindful those items are gonna be more than 50 inventory slots so you might have to discard some stuff

i don't play spy at a shitton of costs, so I delete every spy item i get
