i dont know what to do with them

they claim to not be mentaly ok. i attenpt to help them, goes as poorly as you expect(they start showing me a driving sim). i tell them to seek some profesinal suport. however they refuse both therapist and hotline due to their nature of not likeing data not encrypted. i mean there is my father but "dont have a relationship with your therapist". so i get ticked off and get agressive. it apears that they dont really care the outcome of anything. (also later i apologised)

Just be there for them, mkay? Sometimes people who struggle don’t want help and won’t get it
