Kidney failure, here we go!!!!!

I’ve had “clinical end stage kidney failure.” Got over it after a month or so, without dialysis. I was in “cardiogenic shock” and given hours to live. All my organs suffered a bit, had to have heart transplant. What doesn’t kill us makes us stronger
