practice makes perfect!
Find an art style that you are inspired by.
Take note of how they draw.
Break the style down into simpler terms or shapes.
Take note of what you see.
If they have tutorials, follow them, and maybe include your own twists!
Once your're comfortable, start developing your art style. You'll get better if you practice more.

try getting one of those drawing manga books, thats where i started

fingers are three sections. dont draw then rounded they are boxes. after you got your base down then you can curve the tips. thumbs have two sections. i would think that practicing with your own hand will help. i am unsure because i only drew my right pinky and ring finger once. *right, i have a scar there*. this will help you in a place that i dont think many artists are good at.

Find your art style, no matter how simplistic. My favourite comic creator uses stick figures, after all. Also when drawing online, USE LAYERS.

The way I learned was to just design some OC’s, improving on them, and building up a gradual style. Take some classes. Mine isn’t great but damn have i improved

If you’re drawing a full body/half body then start with the chest. If you’re drawing a bust then you can start with the head. If you start with the head on a full body drawing it usually makes the body look weird. Idk if this helps or not.
