we need to make it that it's required to have an account to flag posts. and also flag bans (only can be done by site-mods) because I have images that get falsely flagged repeatedly by a user who logged himself out to try and not get caught red handed, but it's obvious it was him because he would flag it for "overaged user!" or "Stop Spamming in the Justacheemsdoge stream!"(this is alway's on my TimeZone posts, I bet they will flag this post because Ms katson's on it)
