The UTTP (short for UTubeTrollPolice) is a decentralized, internet cyberbullying/hate group that was formed by Thomas Parkinson, better known as Tommy Parky or Southparkstudiosable sometime between 2010 and 2011. They gained notoriety around 2018-2020, targeting the Gacha Life and GoAnimate communities. Despite the claims of the group to only target trolls, the group has gained notoriety for doxxing, harassing, and spamming individuals belonging to fandoms and groups, they consider these groups and fandoms "trolls".
In more extreme cases, members have been found exchanging and spamming human and animal gore, and making death threats to several public individuals. There is a general homophobic and racist sentiment among members of the UTTP, where many use slurs regularly in their speech.
Besides YouTube, the UTTP operates on Discord and Twitter, launching harassment "raids" on Discord servers and Twitter pages. Several denominations of the UTTP currently exist. The largest of which include the UTTP Empire, and the RUTTP (short for Retro UTubeTrollPolice).
The most influential denomination of the UTTP is currently the UTTP Empire led by user UTTP Emperor of Anime Sucks who came to power in 2023. Resurging in mid-2023 after a long period of inactivity, the UTTP has noticeably expanded its operations on YouTube, actively spamming comments of and targeting, many large creators/YouTube projects such as Game Theory , GLITCH, SMG4, Danno Cal Drawings, Battle for Dream Island, Camman18 and Gooseworx. The UTTP Empire is responsible for much of the UTTP spam comments found on the site.[citation needed]
Many videos exposing the actions of the UTTP have been made in response to their actions. YouTube users have further taken action by forming the AUTTP (short for Anti-UTubeTrollPolice) to combat the UTTP. Around March 10th, a denomination of the UTTP called "RUTTP" (short for Retro-UTubeTrollPolice) was merged with the UTTP to help in an event called "Dronefall 2" (an attack on all Murder Drones content) after the nuking of many RUTTP-affiliated servers. The RUTTP is a denomination of the UTTP led lead by UTTP Emperor Pwrge (Formerly Officer Jimmy) and UTTP Commander FPS that is most famous for hosting one of the most famous UTTP servers "TYRANNY HQ", known for being an online safe space for disturbed individuals to share illegal shock content with RUTTP/UTTP members.
