What Jewish holiday?

We don't even have a remembrance day for ANY of the wars down here in Texas. Like- but we remember 9/11? What makes it more important? We had the dust bowl, both world wars, the civil war, the Texas revolution, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Mexican American war (mainly fought in Texas), hmmm what else oh we also have the most death count from wars

AND we had the Galveston storm of 1900
