Doctor Who chronicled the adventures of an eccentric time-traveling scientist from the remote planet Gallifrey, home of the Time Lords. The Doctor, a Time Lord himself is the last of his race and knows everything about the universe. all causing The adventures of the Time Lord, one of a race of humanoid alien beings from the planet Galifrey. His name has been revealed as d³∑x₂, but Timelord choose a nickname of sorts to be known by and he chose "The Doctor" (People call him Doctor). The Doctor travels in the universe and in time using a time travelling spaceship called the TARDIS, an acronym for Time and Relative Dimensions in Space. The TARDIS externally appears as a 1950's British police box. While travelling, the Doctor works to save lives and liberate oppressed peoples by combating foes.
