oh yeah I didn't pay attention to her run but I watched all of it he was trapped in a prison outside of our universe and we haven't heard from him since until the third part of the 2023 Christmas specials where it is revealed that he found the toymaker and played one of his games and lost causing the toymaker to choose his prize to be making the master a golden tooth for him at the end of that special where the toymaker is banished it shows an unknown entity picking up the golden tooth that contains the master this is possible because the master is in a different form and not part of the toymaker so he was never banished

she isn't the newest one because she regenerated backwards to David Tennant for the Christmas specials and at the end the toymaker causes him to bi-generate into the 15th doctor Ncuti Gatwa bi-generation is when a timelord's next regeration becomes a copy of the timelord while the original one keeps their current face they chose to do this because Tennant is a fan favorite and they knew people didn't want to see him leave after him grand return
