I'm not sure what he's made of (I know it isn't a fluid though) but I've heard the differently colored parts of his (chest, muzzle, eyes) have a ceramic texture

Well you see that's kind of a "faker" form
It actually is clever, because when he goes to his "true" form, his ceramic like body is cracked and broken rather than torn

He's a take on the first exe
the first exe had a faker and true form
so he does as well
