Ok, hear me out, Hamas is called a terrorist group for a reason, however, Hamas is now basically Underground, and I think that Israel should modify their tactics, the killing, accidental, or intentional, of 40,000 people isn't right.

I mean you are right, but the thing is, Hamas puts their tunnel entrances in civilian homes and hospitals, and obscure areas. So, it would be difficult for Israel to find their hiding spot.
