People generally aren't born as a different gender. Most of the time, you stay the same gender your entire life, and this includes trans people (also I know genderfluid exists, but for the sake of the argument I will be referring to genderfluid as a gender)

The Y chromosome is present in males, who have one X and one Y chromosome, while females have two X chromosomes. you either have XY chromosomes making you a male, and XX chromosomes making you a female. you said "facts dont care about your feelings" right? yeah, so the fact that there are 2 genders defined by chromosomes doesnt care about your feelings. if youre born a male, youre a male, and it doesnt care about your feelings.
