That's the Frost Legion, a completely different event. When defeated Santa will be able to move in, but only in December.

i cant wait, because im in pre-hard mode, so i can only get it in december

But the thing is even though you can get the Snow Globe early pre-Hardmode it's very recommended to fight them early Hardmode, not pre-Hardmode because of how hard it is.
