185 is f**kin 185, so he's effectively unable to feel any effect of it, so his Nullified Narcotic skill is cranked to max, so he won't notice it.
UO is a perfect blend between effected and unaffected, with time for him slowing down, and his mind at ease and pure focus to target specific areas on his assailant(s), bring them down through CQC, and keep going with ease. The focus does wear off though...
Vernon doesn't have a good skill level, but his men do the talking for him, and the fighting, and the snapping back to consciousness, so Vernon is still protected, just not the way you expect him to be.
WD is a drone, drugs don't effect him.
