i dont think joey drew studios really cares about copyright.

there is refferances to Batim(Not me, the actual game) and Batdr in timezone. such as Flynn referring to the game as "The Ink Game" in chapter 3, the animation department, which is a level with similar design in atmosphere. but you use night vision alot. and if you play the level with the amber colored vision. the player will make refferances. mainly qoutes to the bendy series.
